App Description

On Point Pilates has a unique hybrid of in-person and online training that will empower you to make fitness a way of life. The app is a tool to keep you organized and accountable. Your training routines, check-ins, progress stats, pictures, tips and mostly everything related to your program will be delivered through the On Point Pilates App by your fitness coach. We utilize low impact, yet challenging exercises based on the Stott Pilates method, new information about the myofascial system, strength and conditioning principles, and stress management tools to help you find strength and freedom from pain to take back control of your life.
