App Description
Introducing an app that assesses range of motion before providing clients with customized exercises specifically to reach their individual goals. After the range of motion assessment, clients are given specific exercise videos with detailed instructions. Training By Steph sends your program directly to the app, making it user friendly for structure and accountability. Interaction with your personal app coach will enable you to achieve your desired level of fitness.
