Amanda Wright, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), is your virtual trainer. Program includes a customized Periodized strength training and mobility program with full length videos. For 3 levels: Body Weight (Beginner), Dumbbell (Intermediate) and Barbell (Advanced).
