With more than 20 years as a personal trainer and coach, Renato Dutra is offering solid scientific knowledge to help people get in good functional shape, i. e., improving the body´s overall strength, agility, balance and all physical abilities necessary to everyday living. The program will focus on increase CORE and overall strength as a solid foundation for hight intensity interval training using wholebody and cardio training.
