App Description

Self-Assisted Training (SAT) Is the link between you and a certified trainer who takes your fitness and health history along with your goals to write a personalized program. This is an app that has your personalized program uploaded. Each exercise selected is based on your personal information, is designed with your goal in mind, and ensures you the most productive and safest experience possible. Not only are the exercise programs custom written, meal plan guidelines are provided, and the app also includes embedded videos of each exercise, a description and lists the tempo (speed) in which to perform each exercise.
