App Description
The Body Shapers app is all about giving each client a premium and personal touch to their program.
It allows us to customise each person's workout routine, closely monitor nutritional intake, and help them work with the trainers to ensure that they are progressing week after week to their ideal body.
By having all this in one spot it makes it simple for the client to see their results as well as their personal coach adjust their program as they go.
