Fitness saved my life; so much so, that it made me want to change the lives of many others. I know how it feels to be overwieght, and I know how it feels to be unhappy with my life. I spent my life making excuses & blaming others, until I was sentenced to 10 years in prison and had no one else to blame, but me! I made a decision to take control of my life, break a cycle, be successful and get fit! Fitness allowed my to see that hard work did really pay off, and that I was capable of doing anything I put my mind to. I eventually went from being an unfit & unproductive inmate, to one of the top fit, productive, motivational & positive role model to others. I was asked to create a fitness program to help other inmates make the same changes as I had made in my life during my incarceration, and from that moment I've been on a mission to save lives through fitness. I was released from prison after 8 1/2. Homeless and without a dime I used the same principles, in which I learned through fitness to open the gym that I own today! I created 2 Real Fitness LLC, to not only motivate and encourage people to reach their goals in the gym, but to reach their goals in life. Through online fitness, I'm able to help you change your body and mind no matter where you in the world. Not only will I provide with my expertise as a personal trainer to get help you obatin the body you desire, I will motivate you like no other trainer will.
