App Description

HER Power Lifestyle provides fitness and nutrition programs for people of all ages and levels. These programs are meant to be incorporated into any schedule or lifestyle. The programs are designed by a certified trainer, health coach and fitness nutritionist. The workouts are suitable for any fitness level and can be done at home, office, hotel or gym. HER Power Lifestyle's programs also focus on mental strength and motivation. The app contains workout and meal plans (Vegetarian, Low Carb & Paleo available), food, workout and progress tracking as well as a full library of health and fitness tips, recipes and helpful guides such as eating out, reading nutrition labels, food swaps, grocery lists and many more. HER Power Lifestyle also provides full e-mail support.
