App Description

Research has shown that proper resistance training can improve maximal force and power production, reduce the incidence of injury, and contribute to faster injury recovery times.
The exercises provided in this application were designed to include flexibility training by using an entire range of motion of major joints, especially the hips, shoulders, knees, and ankles while also maintaining a balance of muscular strength across joints and between opposing muscle groups.
