Especially for high contrast images the Recolor Magic Wand tool makes selection and recolor simple.
Sample based selection,The Recolor Magic Wand app works by selecting pixels based on settings defined by you,and it allows you to select an area of an image based on its tone and colour. When you click an area in an image with the magic wand, all areas which are a similar colour are selected. You can specify various options to determine the exact selection.
Tolerance(Sensitivity) - This determines how closely to match colours in the selection.
