As an Exclusive Member you will start with a 6 Week Strength & Mobility Challenge that has many bonuses including weekly coaching calls to personalise your training and a nutrition and meal plan. This programme will help you correct movement and restore the body's balance, through easy to follow steps to realign, rebuild and restrengthen your body, a safe and achievable exercise programme created and shown by an experienced and qualified movement instructor.

If you have lost physical fitness due to longterm illness or lifestyle, this programme is a perfect starting point for creating Strength and Mobility by working with more focus.

The download of EasyMover is free of charge. Should you use EasyMover app, we offer a single auto-renewing subscription option:

USD $14.99 / Month

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
