The German Silva Coaching system is based upon many years of experience and knowledge, attending runners of all levels and considering their personal needs.
The main purpose is to help you to know the most appropriate way to execute the different trainings, according to the distance and stage of your preparation.
The system is based upon five elements: endurance, strength, speed, recovery and mental strength. Coming together in a well dosified, personalized schedule.
For German it is very important that every runner knows his weaknesses and strengths, regardless of age and level. You should train according to your real capacities and your availability of time to fulfill your goals.

You choose the schedule, according to your level and goal. German will make your schedule and assign it to you. Thus, the App acts as your personal coach: German Silva. Monitoring and motivating you. It does not matter where you are, you can always train and relate to the German Silva Coaching community. Also, you will find additional information, recommendations, as well as fellow members on the online platform.
You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
