* Nutrition Plans and tracking
* Preset workouts and the option to create your own
* Group and personal challenges
* Community group support and interaction
Anytime you’re eating or training you’ll have Dale’s advice to follow as long as you have a device with this app. From strength to flexibility to weight loss, this app acts as your own personal trainer guiding and giving you the motivation and tools you need.

You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
