GFIT Coach is your own personal training and nutrition web portal and mobile app, that gives you access to thousands of exercises and many workout plans, from office workouts to home workouts, requiring no equipment, to weight loss, strength, body building and sport specific routines. Your 3-D animated trainer will show you how to perform each exercise, with descriptions and appropriately timed rest periods. You can:
· Select from the workout library
· Create custom workout routines
· Set workout reminders
· Earn rewards for exercising
· Track your progress with over 30 values, from body weight to measurements, to blood cholesterol and blood glucose.
· In addition, you can create your own meal plans, track your calories as well as your carbohydrate, protein and fat intake, based on your individual requirements.

From the GFIT portal, you can book Skype consultations with leading personal trainers, lifestyle and nutrition coaches to tailor make your exercise and nutrition plan and guide you on your journey with regular Skype consultations.

You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
