App Description

Just enter your time that you max out your workout.
This app will track your progress and automatically check off each workout so you can visually see how much you have left to do.
You can even write a little note for each workout to remind you of how you did.
A nice simple graph will visually track your weight and other measurements. Watch your weight go down!
