App Description

This app will help you log the original P90X workouts. If you are looking for P90X3 workout tracker, please see "90 Day Exercise 3".

No more fiddling around with pen and pencil. No more printing out the worksheets. Throw it all away and log your workouts on your mobile device.

This app will save the reps and weights for each exercise. It will automatically check off each workout so you can visually see how much you have left to do.

It will track the Classic, Lean, and Doubles workout.

It will allow you to enter whether you used Weights or Bands.

You can even add a little note for each workout. For example, if doing 10 reps with a weight of 25 was too hard, you can write down, 'struggled at the end'. So the following week when you do the same exercise, the note will show up and you can adjust accordingly.
