App Description
BlueLine Grid GeoCast allows users to broadcast their location to BlueLine Grid Command, a web application that increases situational awareness, tracks teams, and advances operational communications. GeoCast is a companion app to BlueLine Grid Messenger.
SHARE LOCATION
Launch the app and login using your BlueLine Grid credentials. Tap the button to begin transmitting your location to your agency's coordinator in Grid Command. GeoCast will continue transmitting your location at a battery-friendly interval of every 5 minutes until you tap the button again to turn it off or logout.
Please Note: GeoCast is part of a suite of apps created specifically for public safety professionals who are verified government employees. A BlueLine Grid profile is required to use BlueLine Grid GeoCast. To claim your profile, download BlueLine Grid Messenger and sign up with your official work email. Additionally, your agency will need a BlueLine Grid Command account to receive data from GeoCast. Please contact us for an account at [email protected].
