Enter your agency-issued email address, and we'll match you to your BlueLine Grid profile, already in the system. Once you've verified your identity, complete your profile in one simple step.


DISCOVER
As a verified member, you can easily find and connect with others in your agency and search for members on the Grid nationwide. Don't see your agency? Let us know at [email protected].


CONNECT
Connect with other verified members so you can start messaging. Invite your entire team to connect with just one tap. You control with whom you connect - only your connects can send you messages.


MESSAGE
Start a conversation with your connects, either directly with colleagues or in groups. Send a message, images, and share your location. View info on all participants in a group chat, even if you're not connected. Push notifications let you know when a new message is delivered. Supports Emoji emoticons iOS keyboard.


ALERTS
Receive critical alerts instantly from your coordinator in GridCommand, a web application that increases situational awareness, tracks teams, and advances interoperability. To set up a GridCommand account, contact us at [email protected].
Push notifications will let you know when a new alert is received.
Read receipts let your coordinator know whether you've seen the alert.
A backup email will let you know about an alert when you're away from your phone.


GEO-CAST
Broadcast your location to your coordinator in GridCommand. BlueLine Grid Messenger will continue transmitting your location at a battery-friendly interval of every 5 minutes until you tap the button again to turn it off or logout.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
BlueLine Grid Messenger encrypts your data in transit and keeps it safe.
