Best Practices is a reference application for maritime security professionals around the world to gain portable access to the port security best practices that were collected by the U.S. Coast Guard in the years following 9/11. The U.S. Coast Guard makes this information publicly available at www.homeport.uscg.mil. CRIPPT LLC leverages the provision of 17 USC 105 to consolidate this information a more accessible mobile form and provide it to anyone interested or involved in maritime port security.
