This app provides a way for members of the United States Coast Guard to leverage the power of their iPhone's to incrementally build a comprehensive set of EER bullets or OER bullets for their evaluation reports. When it comes time to submit your bullets, press the email button and send them to your email for further manipulation, or email them directly to your supervisor and be done with it.
