App Description

The shape of woman’s buttocks has to be beautiful by nature. But women have different body types: somebody has good buttocks from birth and somebody has to make an effort. Girls and women can’t do without round butt and many of them would give all for having luxurious shapes. However, we ask not much: just 8 weeks and some efforts. And don’t forget about eating healthy – it’s a very important component in cooking round butt.

The app contains 8-week training programmes:
- You need no equipment for workouts;

- Every workout is different from another;

- Difficulty levels of workouts increase week by week and day by day;

- Every week has 2 extra workouts: 1 with swiss ball and 1 functional workout.


- Every week and every extra workout have a motivational description;

And also:

- Every workout has it's detailed description, step-by-step photo and video instruction and also animated instruction;

- Your results save in workout journal;

- When you finished workout, share your results on Facebook, twitter and other social networks.

- These programmes were created by sport and fitness professionals

The application supports Health app:
At your request, the data on completed training will be automatically added to the Health app.
