App Description

Dumbbell workout - your best dumbbell trainer

Membership in tough fintes center sometimes costs too much, and it doesn't guarantee perfect results. These exercises with dumbbells won't take too much time, and due to the conception in which all the workouts are different, will always interest and motivate.

Our goal is a minimum of equipment and a maximum of result in muscle forming. Eat clean, train regularly, develop willpower - and you won't regret a day like this.

- The app contains 7 workout sections and every section has 15 workouts and none is repeated
- Every section has 5 difficulty levels
- Every exercise has detailed description, photo and video instruction;
- After finishing workout you can share your results on Facebook, twitter and other social networks.
- 75 detailed descriptions of exercises

The application supports Health app:
At your request, the data on completed training will be automatically added to the Health app.
