Our classes are kept intentionally small with no more than 8 in a mat/barre session, 6 in a reformer and 4 in a tower class. We encourage you to book a private induction prior to joining a reformer/tower class or join an induction class which run twice a month. Privates/1:1 are booked directly not through the app.
We welcome all ages, abilities and levels, Pilates Works is a boutique studio and a safe place to enjoy the very best pilates on top of the range equipment - we work on Gratz and Legacy.
