Welcome to Anahata - a heart-based community in the centre of Barcelona offering daily activities for spiritual seekers.
We are your spiritual playground, and our sessions are curated for you to CONNECT, EXPRESS and find your JOY. We offer you a range of tools and techniques to ignite the flame of enquiry as you take your own path back to yourself. Typical sessions include yoga, meditation, cacao ceremonies, feminine & masculine circles; sound healings; holistic belly dance; sacred flow dance; capoeira, finding your voice workshops and Feldenkrais, just to name a few. We also offer one-on-one therapies and processes such as massage, reiki and coaching.
One of our main goals in the creation of Anahata is to bring together a tribe of like-minded individuals - a soul family - to cut through the illusion of separation and loneliness so that, together, we can explore and enjoy everything that this life has to offer.
We offer a monthly membership which includes daily activities and special discounts for events and courses. If you are not looking for commitment then you can also book onto individual classes.
