Kairosoft Finally Brings The Pyraplex to iOS

Android users will no longer have all the pyramid building fun to themselves, as Kairosoft has finally gotten around to releasing The Pyraplex on iOS.

In the tradition of their other popular games, The Pyraplex allows players to organize workers, build wonders, and foster trade between peoples. You will need workers to quarry stone and sell crafts at your bazaar in order to gain the resources necessary to build a monument to capture the admiration of the Pyramid Association.

Avenged Sevenfold’s Hail To The King: Deathbat is Coming to iOS on October 16th

Just in time for Halloween, on October 16 Avenged Sevenfold will be launching their gothic action adventure,  Hail To The King: Deathbat.

Players take on the role of Deathbat as they fight their way through the depths of the underworld and collect swords and powers to destroy the hellish servitors of Dark Andronikos and reclaim their kingdom.

You can check out a preview of the game's soundtrack, which features music by Avenged Sevenfold, on Sound Cloud.

Following on from the addition of a sandbox mode, SomaSim has announced that its iPad-only Gold Rush-era city management game 1849 will receive an expansion entitled "Nevada Silver" later this month.


The expansion takes place on the other side of the mountains ten years after the Gold Rush, where silver has been discovered in Comstock Lake. The original gameplay will be built upon, with technological advances like trains and steam-powered mills adding new challenges to trade and mining operations, with players taking on six complex scenarios set in Northern Nevada towns.


1849 is available to purchase now for iPad for $4.99, whilst the "Nevada Silver" expansion will be an In-App Purchase and will cost $1.99 when it releases.

The newly-released CounterSpy, by Sony Computer Entertainment America, is a highly stylized action/stealth side-scroller set against the backdrop of the Cold War.

Players take on the role of an agent of C.O.U.N.T.E.R, a spy agency working to maintain world peace. The missions are continually changing and reward players with blueprints and dossiers that provide access to powerful weapons and features. CounterSpy can be linked to other versions of the game on Playstation systems to continue the action.

Counterspy is on sale for $4.99 for a limited time to celebrate its launch.

Terraria, the fun mining game from 505 Games, just got more challenging with its new Hard Mode.

505 games is introducing new enemies and bosses, as well as new NPCs and over 100 new items, including the Pwnhammer that can destroy Demon Altars and create new ores. Terraria also gets a new combat targeting system. You can now touch an enemy to target it and it automatically aims for you, which makes using ranged weapons a whole lot easier.

If you love what you see, you can even record and share your gameplay in the Pause menu or watch your friend's videos in the Videos section under the Main Menu.

The second chapter of SkyGoblin's The Journey Down series has today arrived on the App Store. The Journey Down: Chapter Two continues the story of Bwana and co in St. Armando as they continue to look for his lost father. Along the way, whilst running from pirates and the law in the Underland, they'll discover a dark conspiracy which shrouds the fate of Bwana's father.

To celebrate the release of Chapter Two, The Journey Down: Chapter One is also available this week for the grand price of nothing, giving players a chance to play the first chapter before they play the second installment in the story.
