GoGallop Studios has released Equestriad World Tour on Android after being in a state of Early Access earlier this year.

The game has you immersed in the world if equestrian care and competition. You raise different horses and train them in three different disciplines: jumping, cross-country and dressage, which can be done in a solo career mode or as part of a team. You can customise your horses’ looks too by using the game’s Tack Shop before you participate in the various contests the game has.

Now coming out of Early Access on Android, the official launch of the game coincides with a licenced horse trail event called the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event, one of six five-star equestrian events in the world and the only one in the Western hemisphere. Christmas themed items will also arrive in Equestriad World Tour soon, including some to make your horse look like Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.

The video from above comes straight from the horse’s mouth, showcasing some of the gameplay featured in Equestriad World Tour. As you can see, a lot of the game’s motion is developed around realistic horse movement and physics that allows the game to feel like a genuine tribute to the sport and the fans that have supported it over the years.

“We’ve had some great feedback from our iOS community and we’re really impressed with how players have gone from trot to canter with Equestriad World Tour already,” said Craig Laughton from GoGallop Studios. “With the game’s launch on Android we’re excited to open our doors to even more players and give everyone the immersive anytime, any place equestrian experience we’ve been working so hard on.”

You can now download Equestriad World Tour from the iOS App Store or Google Play for Android. It’s a free to play title with in-app purchases.
