This modern hostel is located in the city center of Lisbon. The Golden Tram 242 Lisboa Hostel is a 2-minute walk from Rossio Metro Station and offers free Wi-Fi in public areas.
The Goldem Tram provides 242 beds in mixed dormitories, male and female, as well as private rooms with 2 single beds or 1 double bed. The bedrooms have air conditioning, access to a shared bathroom and views of the city. The rooms with one double bed or two single beds feature a private bathroom, a flat-screen cable TV, an electronic safe and a refrigerator.
The 1st floor of the hostel has a café and a lounge bar where every morning is served breakfast. This bar also offers meals based on Portuguese tapas specialties and various snacks. Also available are vending machines throughout the property. The lounge bar features live fado, Latin dance and themed meals at weekends weekend.
It is a 8-minute walk from Bairro Alto and its many bars and nightlife options. The center of Lisbon is a 3-minute drive away and has many shops, cafes and restaurants. The famous and picturesque Santa Justa Elevator is in front of the hotel and the River Tagus margins can also be reached in about 5 minutes walk.
The Golden Tram 242 Lisboa Hostel is a 15-minute drive from Lisbon International Airport. The subway station Baixa / Chiado is a 2 minute walk away and also provides links to the airport.
