The app will allow you to customize the meme by changing its color or font. It also comes with other interesting features.

This application is called “Photo Comment Maker”. When you click on the + button, you get the opportunity to select a photo from the photo library or to take a photo from your phone and add it to the application. Once the photo is confirmed, You can add whatever the text you want and you can drag the text to anywhere on the photo. Then increase or decrease the font size of the text.
