100 Push-ups is an app facilitating the process of putting into practice a training program enabling one to perform 100 consecutive push-ups in the period from 6 to 10 weeks. Thanks to it we will build strong and muscular arms. A part of the program is taking a push-up test regularly on the basis of which the app will adjust a right training cycle to you.

The app’s functionality:
- a description of a training program and its main assumptions
- a test of the number of push-ups performed
- an algorithm of the selection of the right cycle to the exerciser
- an app keeps the user up to date about the number of sets and repetitions
- starting the cycle over

Attention:
Before starting the program it is worth familiarizing oneself with the “Rules” bookmark, where we can get to know the idea of exercises and the app’s manual.
