App Description

The 11Residential Resident App combines all the services and resources residents need into one user-friendly app! Discover a convenient way to pay rent, submit maintenance orders, and communicate with your apartment community all from your mobile device.

• Access the full payment functionality of the online resident portal with added mobile options, like Apple Pay and Masterpass.
• Submit maintenance requests without calling or visiting the office. See work order history and complete move-in/out forms.
• Renew your lease from a phone or tablet. Display rates, choose from available terms and finalize the renewal process.
• View community announcements and event calendars, receive push notifications and interact with neighbors.
• Reserve amenities, pay fees, authorize guests and receive package notifications.

Please note: The 11Residential Resident App is only for residents of properties using Yardi's resident portal product at 11Residential locations.
