The JMC Resident app is your go-to companion for everything concerning your community, particularly when you're out and about. It simplifies the process of paying rent or scheduling maintenance.


The JMC Resident App features:
- Easily complete one-time payments using a variety of payment options in just three steps.
- Schedule automatic monthly payments to steer clear of any late charges.
- Divide and cover costs like rent, utilities, and other expenses with roommates through monthly auto-payments.
- Submit maintenance requests, accompanied by pictures and voice notes, and monitor their progress seamlessly.
- Engage with your community members via the Bulletin Board feature.
