As a resident of CityWay, you can use this application to make your living experience with us simple and easy. The CityWay app allows you to manage your apartment home needs from your mobile device. From here, you can submit maintenance requests, pay rent, track packages, RSVP to community events, reserve amenity spaces, communicate with the on-site staff and more!

The Residences at CityWay is a mixed-use community in Indianapolis, Indiana, comprising of apartment homes, a boutique hotel, and multiple retailers. With a concierge approach to services, extensive on-site amenities, carefully-curated retail selections, and sophisticated studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, our upscale community is offering a one of a kind urban living experience on the south side of downtown Indianapolis.
