The 11Residential Resident App combines all the services and resources residents need into one user-friendly app! Discover a convenient way to pay rent, submit maintenance orders, and communicate with your apartment community all from your mobile device.

• Access the full payment functionality of the online resident portal with added mobile options, like Apple Pay and Masterpass.
• Submit maintenance requests without calling or visiting the office. See work order history and complete move-in/out forms.
• Renew your lease from a phone or tablet. Display rates, choose from available terms and finalize the renewal process.
• View community announcements and event calendars, receive push notifications and interact with neighbors.
• Reserve amenities, pay fees, authorize guests and receive package notifications.

Please note: The 11Residential Resident App is only for residents of properties using Yardi's resident portal product at 11Residential locations.

Easy to Use!

I pay rent quickly and efficiently, put in maintenance requests and it goes straight to the leasing office and they can get back to me quickly. Can’t ask for much more!

Terrible Service

I have had continuous problems with the service Summit “provides” for its tenants. I have sent numerous emails and called multiple times about issues pertaining to the apartment complex and/or unit itself, and not a single one of those has been answered. The state of the washer and dryer is getting worse and worse, and I have mentioned that multiple times to management. The washer water is rancid. It makes any clothes you wash stink like rotten water. The dryer will not dry clothes efficiently. Management should try sticking to their word of helping their tenants, not completely ignoring them. They have promised many things, and so far the only thing has happened is empty threats to tow vehicles on a project they said would be done in 2 days which has taken the better part of a month. Management needs to be more involved and helpful to the community if they want happy tenants.

So far so good

Haven’t had issues and the app itself is really simple and self explanatory. I’m really enjoying the app. It makes paying my rent less dreading and kind of fun lol.
