There’s a reason why we’ve won several awards and call our community ‘The hallmark of happy renting’. It’s mainly because we’ve not just built for rent but instead, have designed for life. Every detail has been crafted with you in mind – we offer something for everyone, from bright newly built one and two-bedroom apartments with the choice of balconies facing the canal or gardens, to three-bedroom townhouses located along the canal. We didn’t just stop there, we blended high-spec contemporary designs within each apartment and furnished them with bespoke designer furniture to complement the buildings’ aesthetics. But it gets better, we've also thrown in lots of great extras including: pet friendly living flexible contracts, on-site staff, private dining room, free broadband, residents’ lounge, games room, car parking, bike storage and a gym.
There’s no denying that our ambition has gone far beyond getting the basics right - we’ve created a community so that you can focus on living your best life, and now that’s become even easier with our new resident app: pay rent, submit maintenance requests, receive updates and be the first to find out what’s going on at The Whitmore Collection, one of Birmingham’s best communities.
