Nanda's classes are not only upbeat and fun, but they are also challenging. The classes are designed to work for all fitness levels.

With over fifteen years of experience in the fitness industry Nanda's passion continues to grow as she sees real results in her clients.
Nanda specializes in yoga, Barre, personal training, essentials of sports performance training, corrective exercise as well as a flexibility training coach, including youth exercise specialist. Also, she have received her black belt in karate (hapkido).

Nanda truly believes that anyone can change their lifestyle and habits. Any form of exercise is a great way to initiate that change. She understands that if you want to see changes in your body, you must earn it by committing to yourself and to hard work.
