CARTA GO is the new easy way to schedule your trip on CARTA’s neighborhood Dial-a-Ride service. You are now able to book rides from the app and you can go from anywhere within our selected service zones. CARTA GO provides curb-to-curb, on-demand transportation in Chattanooga for the price of a bus ride. Connect to transit, shopping, work, school, and parks – where will CARTA GO take you?
With a few taps, the CARTA GO app will schedule your trip with details on vehicle arrival and your time to destination. When you want and where you want to go, CARTA GO will get you there.
For your convenience, CARTA GO also allows you to pay for your CARTA GO trip directly in the app or use any of CARTA’s existing fare payment choices.
