GBM Paratransit — take full control of your paratransit experience right from your smartphone.
GBM Paratransit provides accessible rides to qualified riders in the Green Bay Metro area.
The GBM Paratransit app enables a pre-booked transportation service, providing easy, accessible, and efficient travel when you need it, where you need it. It's a shared service, where you may be travelling with other passengers along the way.
With the GBM Paratransit app, you can:
- Book rides straight from your phone.
- Track your ride in real-time.
- See all of your upcoming bookings.
- Change and cancel rides.
- Leave feedback on your experience.
Download the GBM Paratransit app to get started. If you are already registered for the paratransit service, enter your mobile phone number in the log in page and receive a text message with a one time password to start using the app.
