App Description
Download the EB Ride app today to start pre-booking your trips to and from work every day. Please note that this service is only for the employees of Go-Ahead Singapore and other residents may not be able to register themselves to use the service.
Our intelligent service chooses the most efficient route based on that day’s pick-ups and drop-offs, only visiting stops where someone has made a booking and avoiding visiting areas where no one needs to go. EB Ride is a new model of dynamic route transport.
How does EB Ride work?
Using the EB Ride app, input your address and the time you’d like to get picked up or dropped off at the Go-Ahead depot. Our smart algorithms use everyone’s bookings to create a dynamic route that only stops at the places people need to get on or off, efficiently matching the route with passenger needs. Bookings must be made by 4pm the same day to go home at night or the day before to come to work in the morning. You'll get a notification of your pick-up time and location around 7pm the day you book.
When do I take the bus?
Pick-ups start from 12am at the depot to take you home and the last drop-off from home to work is at 6:30am. Your pick-up time and location are based on the address and time you select in your booking - you’ll get a notification of your confirmed pick-up time and location around 7pm the day you book. You can track your bus in real time in the app when it’s on the way to pick you up.
