Ever wanted to be a professional MMA fighter? Well, you can give up that underground fight club and do all that from the safety of your mobile now.

How? Well, by playingMMA Federation, of course. It's a mobile MMA fighting game in which you build a champion fighter from the ground up.

You won't simply walk in and be the best though. It takes minutes of hard grafting to get there. We can help though - and we have, thanks to this guide. Read on!

Get training

You're not going to be the best unless you work hard - and that rule counts in life and inMMA Federation.

With that in mind, the first thing you should do is head on over to the training ground and complete the exercises for your two favourite fighting styles (more on that later).

Not only will that get you more accustomed with the game's basics, you'll also earn some new moves as well. Some of those will be essential in the battles ahead.

As a nice little extra perk, you can also earn cosmetic items this way to get your fighter looking snazzy.

Choose styles that compliment each other

You get to choose two different fighting styles to combine at the beginning of the game. Choose wisely.

Take a look at their strengths and weaknesses and choose try and either offset the weaknesses or compliment the strengths.

For example, if there's a style that uses a lot of stamina, choose another that uses little. That way you'll always have an option to take when things get nasty.

Choose the most likely attack or defence option

Take a look at the options that your opponent has at its disposal when attacking. If the chances are he'll go for your head (you'll know this because two out of three of the attack moves are head attacks) then choose a head block - if you have one.

Simply do the reverse when attacking and, chances are, you'll come out on top. It's not a foolproof strategy by any means but it's the best one you've got.

Also, keep an eye on the bonus skills that your moves have. These can remove your opponent's stamina, bring the fight to the ground, or have a chance of an instant KO. Make use of these.

Be careful with your stamina

It's easy to fall into the habit of just using all of your attacks in one go, as this strategy doesn't really punish you early in the game. Later on though, you'll need to be smart with your moves.

At the beginning of the fight, try not to use much as you get a feel for your opponent then, later on, you can bust out your full moveset and take them out in one go.
