FaceFighter Gold is a new version of the arcade fighting game FaceFighter from Appy Entertainment that we looked at back in June. This version, which is free today as part of Open Feint's Free Game of the Day site, includes all of the previous in-app purchasable expanded features of the previous version. This version is being released to celebrate over 3 million installs of FaceFighter thus far.

In addition to getting all of the previous versions expansions free, there are also some new features. The Wheel of Pain lets you choose from dozens of different attacks you can use while in the game. You choose your attacks from a slot machine type selection screen before you start each match. Also new in this version is OpenFeint integration.
