+ Universal App - Designed for iPhone and iPad

Dungeon Crawlers Metal, by Ayopa Games, is a turn-based strategy RPG. You'll explore dungeons, fight monsters, and loot treasure over 10 challenge level maps or face off in the arena. Dungeon Crawlers Metalhas a humorous story to it that includes some fun bosses like the dreaded D. Knight Shyamalan. The story is broken up into four chapters, each of which has a unique multi-level dungeon.

The game uses the new Metal tech, which speeds up 3D rendering making it easier for the CPU to handle better physics modeling or audio processing. This gives the app better visuals and smoother gameplay.

You can download Dungeon Crawlers Metal for $4.99 on the App Store to start delving those dungeons.

inkle's Sorcery! 3 is Coming Soon

Posted by Jessica Fisher on March 23rd, 2015

inkle is releasing Sorcery! 3 in April.

If you're not sure why that's exciting, it's becauseSorcery! is a four-part narrative adventure based off the adventure books written by Steve Jackson back in the 80s. The game has you exploring a huge 3d world map full of quests, monsters, and treasure. You have thousands of choices and the story changes based on your decisions. In this part you will be fighting seven deadly serpents as you adventure across the cursed wasteland of Kakhabad. The game boasts a day/night cycle, the ability to rewind time and see how other choices play out, beautiful hand-drawn illustrations, and turn-based combat.

inkle has not announced how muchSorcery! 3 will cost, but the previous two games have been priced at $4.99 so we can guess it will be probably the same. You can check out this epic tale when it's released next month.

Star Hogs is upon us!

Posted by Chris Hall on July 6th, 2009

I'm hardcore... yeah. I'm a Mountain Dew drinking, app crushing machine (I do crush apps... Mountain Dew is a bit sketchy though) and it looks like I have a new app to annihilate. IUGO Mobile, the makers of Zombie Attack and the Toy Bot Diaries series, just released Star Hogs and Star Hogs Lite today, and they look quite awesome.

“This is definitely one of our most ambitious games to date,” states Sarah Thomson, Director of Business Development for IUGO. “We hope our users enjoy the amount of detail and customization we put into Star Hogs. We wanted to create an experience that is immersive and very in-depth for the hard core users, and yet a pick-up-and-play experience for gamers on the go.” Word on the street is that it also has unlimited online multiplayer. If you haven't heard, I've been really into multiplayer lately, so I expect to see all of you online later on this week.

I just pulled up the lite version, and if the in-game music doesn't excite you, nothing will (well, maybe your own music will... you get that option on start-up). The game seems like a super stylish version of the ever so popular cannon trajectory/ Worms genre, but with a bit of an RPG element. I haven't given the game much of a play yet, but you do get to buy, upgrade, and name units at the beginning of the levels, which is always a welcome feature.

Star Hogs is out now and costs $4.99, a bit less than a plate of Orange Chicken at Panda Express... well worth it if you ask me. I expect to beat *cough* see you online over the next week. Unless some impostor steals my user name, I'll be dismantling opponents as chris148 very soon.
