Legend of Zelda meets Cooking Mama in new RPG Dungeon Chef

Dungeon Chef is what happens when you mix the RPG elements (and style) of a Legend of Zelda game, with cooking elements. Although, now that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild also has cookingelements, so maybe the gameplay is not so novel. Either way, this is a pretty good looking game for all your RPG junkies out there.

In Dungeon Chef players are tasked with traveling a fantastical land to hunt down ingredients for dishes they can serve to wandering heroes. The gameplay divides missions into hunting and gathering ingredients and cooking up delicious looking meals for hungry customers at the famous tavern your character runs.

While some of the game's designs are clearly taken from the Zelda series, at least the game can help scratch the Zelda itch for players who don't have a Nintendo Switch yet (or decided to leave their's at home on the commute).

Dungeon Chef is currently in beta and looking for testers, which you can sign-up to be at this link. The game doesn't have a release date yet, but at least there's a chance to try out the game early.
