Our team of professional personal trainers offer instruction for men and women and are happy to make a personally tailored program to suit your needs, whether you want to lose weight and tone up or whether you are more into the bodybuilding scene.
We also run a full range of classes in the evenings for those of you who like to be spurred on by others.
