PATS Pilates Studio is a fully equipped Pilates Studio in Milton Keynes offering classical tuition taught by qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructors. Our studio caters for group Mat Pilates classes and has Pilates equipment for group and private tuition.
Pilates is an exercise method which combines mental conditioning with physical training. It allows you to stretch and strengthen in a non-impact way making it suitable for those of all ages.
Housed at PATS Pilates is the nationally recognised training provider Pilates Advanced Training School. The school is dedicated to providing the CYQ Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates Teacher Training Course.
PATS Pilates organise Pilates & Yoga holiday retreats annually.
