This test measures how well you deal with people as well as how you interact with them on a day to day basis. The test doesn’t stop there, of course: it covers everything from how one crunches information all the way up to how you would make decisions about your life from a high level point of view. The results you receive from the test will give you a great overview of your personality, as well as how you behave overall.

Many organizations use the overall typology model for personnel development and team building. You can also get a full report with the same structure used by actual psychiatrists and other professionals.

To get started, there are a few things to keep in mind. First, this test has over 70 questions to complete – 72 to be exact. Not sure what answer is really best? Go with the first one that comes to mind, as it’s usually your most common response in that particular situation. Make sure you respond to every single question asked
