新加坡《新明日報》每天連載《星雲大師點智慧》系列文章，2011年結集成書推出後，受到廣大讀者歡迎，第一集再版兩次，2012年推出第二集也熱銷一空。第三集也在2013年6月出版，反應也非常熱烈。
系列文章皆整理自星雲大師這些年來的弘法、處世演講和著作，文字短小精悍爲主，每篇以不超過千字爲限，重點放在“點智慧”的“點”字，以古今中外，發人深省的生活小故事引導，啓發世人安身立命、爲人處世應有的向善向上的價值觀。
此應用程序爲第一集的數碼版本，讓讀者得以在行動平臺上方便閱讀。
Shin Min Daily News, one of Singapore's evening newspaper, has been running a daily column on "Master Hsing Yun - Words of Wisdom" since 2009.
A compilation of his quotes was published in 2011 which quickly rose to the bestseller list of that year. The first book was reprinted twice, and a second book on his quotes was subsequently published in 2012 which was also quickly sold out. A third book was released in June 2013, and had since garnered rave reviews.
Articles in the series were derived and edited from Master Hsing Yun's preachings, lecturings and writings over the year. Each article consisted of a thought-provoking short story which ultimately brings out the day to day "living wisdom" that one could adopt.
This app is the digital version of the first book.
