A38 Ship was voted for The World's Best Bar by Lonely Planet. In the past 25 years the founders of A38 have kept track of New York jazz events. A lot of renowned contemporary jazz musicians have given performances on A38.
New York is the capital of the Jazz World where you can visit cultural landmarks and institutions like Blue Note, Birdland, Fat Cat, Cornelia Street Cafe, Village Vanguard and several other places. This application is a guide to New York Jazz Life.
The application contains fifteen of the greatest bars, jazz events, a map of New York to find the venues, the history of each club, biography details or a description of each show.
In July the app will be broadened with radio and Twitter functions via which you can follow the performers’ Twitter pages as well as listen to different jazz radios.
