Developed in collaboration with Dr. Theodore Pincus, this mobile application merges scientific precision with user-centric design, delivering a comprehensive solution for patients, healthcare providers, and researchers alike.

The MDHAQ (Multi Dimensional Health Assessment Questionnaire) within cliexa-MDHAQ offers a comprehensive assessment tool. It includes 10 individual quantitative scores covering aspects such as physical function, pain, patient global assessment, fatigue, sleep, anxiety, depression, morning stiffness, change in status, and exercise status.

cliexa-MDHAQ features 5 essential indices: RAPID3: Routine assessment of patient index data, assessing clinical status across various diseases. FAST3: Fibromyalgia assessment screening tool. MDHAQ-Dep: A depression screening component. RADAI: Self-report of specific painful joints and joint count. Symptom checklist: Enables review of systems and identification of flares and medication adverse events.

cliexa-MDHAQ empowers patients to track and share their health status seamlessly. Users can log details related to their condition, medications, symptoms, complications, and milestones.

Electronic MDHAQ (eMDHAQ): An electronic version of the MDHAQ has been developed, allowing seamless integration with any electronic medical record (EMR) system through the HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource) standard.

The MDHAQ provides a quantitative overview of patient status, minimizing interview time. Clinicians access rich data for personalized treatment strategies.

Physician Encounter Note Generation: cliexa-MDHAQ now includes the capability to generate physician encounter notes, providing clinicians with a succinct summary of the patient's visit, including relevant medical history, symptoms, and treatment plan.

12-Week Report View: Integrated with electronic medical records (EMRs), cliexa-MDHAQ offers a comprehensive 12-week report view.
