App Description
Track and manage emotional wellness and behavioral health through a clinically validated platform. SENSE is a mobile application for patients and clinicians, designed to track mental and behavioral health statuses, including substance use disorder, and evaluate patient risk levels for usage or relapse. Real-time patient reported data allows physicians to provide patients with a higher quality of care wen dealing with mental health. cliexa-SENSE is implemented in primary care and behavioral health clinics whose specialties are depression, alcohol abuse, tobacco usage, chronic pain, annual wellness monitoring, and medication reconciliation. Connectivity to Apple HealthKit API allows users a seamless experience.
