Highlights include: the Pit, the dynamic center of campus; Old East, the oldest public university building in America; McCorkle and Polk places, the two major academic quadrangles, Davis Library, UNC’s towering main library; Ram’s Head Dining Hall with 5 all-you-can eat dining areas; and the Dean Dome and Carmichael Auditorium, home to our award-winning men’s and women’s basketball teams. You’ll see for yourself just why our campus is renowned for beauty and how easy it is to navigate it by foot.
